Resident Portal
Minutes, documents, and standing items. Access is restricted to residents in good standing, a category the Secretary has not yet defined.
Access codes are issued verbally, nightly, at the gathering space, by the Media Manager. Between conferences the code does not rotate, and everybody knows it.
This gate is decorative. The code is written in this page’s own source, and everything behind it is as public as the rest of the site. Nothing private belongs here yet, and please don’t reuse a real password — the IT Department would like that on the record.
Welcome back, resident.
You are signed in to the resident portal. The Secretary has been notified, has written it down, and has already lost the piece of paper.
Minutes of the Board of Directors
Recorded by the Secretary. Accuracy not guaranteed; tone is.
1. Pet policy. Amended to read, in full: lobsters only. Carried without discussion, which the Secretary notes was unusual.
2. Residences. The board acknowledged that an indeterminate number of Walmart tents are present at any given time. Nobody has counted them. Nobody was assigned to. Carried.
3. Appointments. Hannah is confirmed as Secretary, provider of tea both sweet and spicy, the biggest red flag of them all, and the officer who assigns the red flags. Adam is appointed Camp Counselor. Marcelo is appointed to Grammar. Becca is appointed Camp Mom and Chef, with the mandate “tummies and hearts full.” Carried.
4. The roster. The list published by the Office of the Mayor records the OGs and will not be updated as new folks join. Carried.
5. Membership. New members must be voted in and agreed upon by the board of directors. There is no appeal. Carried.
6. Entered into the record, at the Secretary’s own request: “I can’t ride a bike — but I can fight.”
7. Community status. With the conference concluded, the community operates remotely, begrudgingly, with sporadic in-person meetings until the next board of directors meeting. The board wishes it noted that it is not happy about this.
8. Next meeting. To be determined. The board adjourned when the fire went out.
