MBPresident — current termDuly elected. Holds the Wawona, and the office follows the tent. Term length remains a matter for the Secretary.
HannahSecretaryProvider of tea, both sweet and spicy. The biggest red flag of them all, and also the one who assigns the red flags.

OliverChief Spreadsheet OfficerSole authority over the columns, and over the annual patch. Reports to nobody, sorts everybody.
SergioMedia ManagerPublic affairs, photography, and the official record. All album submissions route through this office.
BeccaCamp Mom & ChefTummies and hearts full. No further duties have been assigned because no further duties are required.
MarceloGrammarReviews all official correspondence. Holds views on the Oxford comma that the board has agreed not to revisit.
AdamCamp CounselorRuns programming nobody signed up for. Removed a man from the fire in 2026 without raising his voice, which is when the title stopped being a joke.
HandlesFire MarshalSole authority over the gathering space. Consulted after the fact.
ArtSafety DirectorDelivers the safety brief nobody asked for. Has not yet been wrong, which is the difficult part.
AleksaVibes and NarcanCarries both. Has never once needed to be asked for either.
NateResident PotatoThe office is honorary. The title is not. No duties have been assigned and none have been requested.

01The Mayor is permanentThe office is not elected, not term-limited, and not currently contested. Cal has held it since the community adopted the name.
02The Presidency follows the WawonaWhoever owns the anchor structure holds the office. This has never required a ballot because it has never been in question.
03The Secretary keeps the recordMinutes, the waitlist, and any claim that something was agreed to around a fire.
04The HOA issues noticesEnforcement, compliance, and correspondence. Maintains the sanctioned network and rules on what may be built, burned, or continued past midnight.
05IT reports to no oneIssues security advisories at its own discretion. See the standing advisory on unauthorized networks.
06The list below is the OGsIt records who was here, not who is here. It will not be updated as new folks join, and that is the point of it.
07New members are voted inMembership requires a vote and the agreement of the board of directors. There is no appeal, no waitlist position, and no second round.
08Management is not one of oursManagement is the campground. Management outranks every office on this page, does not recognise any of them, and is the only body here that has ever successfully evicted anyone.
