01The Mayor is permanentThe office is not elected, not term-limited, and not currently contested. Cal has held it since the community adopted the name.
02The Presidency follows the WawonaWhoever owns the anchor structure holds the office. This has never required a ballot because it has never been in question.
03The Secretary keeps the recordMinutes, the waitlist, and any claim that something was agreed to around a fire.
04The HOA issues noticesEnforcement, compliance, and correspondence. Maintains the sanctioned network and rules on what may be built, burned, or continued past midnight.
05IT reports to no oneIssues security advisories at its own discretion. See the standing advisory on unauthorized networks.
06Management is not one of oursManagement is the campground. Management outranks every office on this page, does not recognise any of them, and is the only body here that has ever successfully evicted anyone.
